Managing Partner

After 18 years of experience in the design, engineering and construction sector, Drew saw a need for a turnkey real estate solution and started Duke Group to help owner's take their project from concept to completion. Understanding all parts of a project and realizing every decision has financial and schedule implications has garnered the highest trust from the many tenants, developers and friends he has worked with over the years. Graduating with a Civil Engineering degree from University of Missouri, Drew's analytical approach and attention to detail has saved owner's millions of dollars on their projects. Coupling his real estate and development knowledge, with his design and construction experience, Drew is excited to take Duke to new heights.

When he's not solving our customer's problems, Drew is always outdoors. He is very active in his kid's life, coaching both of his daughter's, 9 and 7 years old soccer teams. He has been married to his beautiful wife Courtney since 2011 and the family enjoys their many trips to the lake throughout the year.

With a background in management and customer satisfaction, Matt quickly adapted to sourcing new investment deals and property management. With over 20 years of experience, Matt has moved up the ranks and has become our newest leader.  He has impressed many as a relationship builder and excellent communicator.  Graduating from Chicago's finest art school, Matt also spearheads most of our concept design.  Matt has proven to become the face of Duke Property Group and a positive asset to the community.
